Sometimes the very life we lead is the thing that is holding us back. My guest today “found rock bottom and then realized it had a basement”. In his mid 20’s he had it all, beautiful girlfriend, high paying job, sports car, dream body but yet still found himself sitting on the edge of a bed debating suicide.
His purpose now is to help others get unstuck so they can get to the next level of their lives.
We talk about strategies to succeed, self belief and he leaves you with a lot of inspiration to start making changes today. We also have fun jumping down many rabbit holes so I cannot even fully describe all this episode has to offer.
